“Why in the world should I become part of the church anyway?  Is it worth it?” That question may be one of the most plaguing questions of the day.   When you come to church do you contemplate all that it means?  Can you fathom what the church could BE if we realized what it really IS?  In this new series on the church, Pastor Russ emphasizes the necessity of knowing what it is we come to when we become part of the church of Jesus Christ. Christianity is more than a private transaction with Jesus.  Much more.  The church is not a restaurant for the religious.  It’s not a hotel for the holy.  It is an assembly of people called out from the world whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.  It is His bride.  If you have a million and one excuses as to why you are not committed to the church, you may not understand the true relationship of the church to Jesus Christ.
